On the same day, November 23rd, I requested a return. The arranged pickup took place on November 30th. After the pickup, I called customer care multiple times but did not receive a proper response regarding my refund amount. It has been more than 15 days, and I still have not received my refund.
Other platforms typically handle delivery, pickup, and refunds within three days. Websites like this should be held accountable, as they are taking advantage of innocent customers.
