On the date of 8th october 2022 I have ordered one product and the product name is- Tosaa Aluminium 12 Cavity Appam Patra Paniyarakkal Two Side Handel,my order no is-403-5870369-5026750 and the value is 262/- rupees only. Product delivery date is 15/10/2022 but after received the product i have decided to return the product for size but when i apply to return the product through mobile app its showing unable to return then return policy was available. Then i call to customer care and customer care executive was confirmed me that seller don’t want to returned this product, then customer care executive was confirmed that i will arranged to picked up the product for returned within 7 working days, and returned policy was available till 26th October, but till date the product not picked for returned. Today I call customer care and the executive in the name of Kunal told me that your returned policy date was expired so unable to refund, and another executive talked me so so rudely. I want my money back so kindly look into the matter.
