Destination Pincode – 534210 was available to deliver the parcel till home but the DTDC hub at Bhimavaram Sub Branch (BHIMAVARAM II – GVR COMPLEX) denied to deliver the parcel and said to come and pick up. Concern person was – Sai Babu (Said as Hub Incharge) and Naveen (Support agent) denied to raise the complaint/transfer the call to his superior and escalate the issue and disconnected the call.
