INDIGO AIRLINES CANCELLED OUR JOURNEY DUE TO REACH PRIOR 75 MINUTES.
WE WERE TRAVELING IN EMERGENCY BUT THE AIRLINE DIDN’T ALLOW US TO BOARD.
WE REQUESTED ALOT BUT THE OFFICER DEVOSHREE DAS and WAS VERY ROUD SHE DIDN’T ALLOW BECAUSE THEY MAKE HUGE MONEY BY CANCELLATION OF INNOCENT PEOPLE’S JOURNEY.INDIGO STAFF IS HEARTLESS SHAMLESS THE INDIGO IS ONE OF THE WORST AIRLINE IN THE WORLD.OUR PNR NUMBER WAS AMSUPV AND MZMJQK 22 JUN 2023. THEY DIDN’T HELP US THEN WE TOOK EXIT FROM THE AIRPORT IN MIDNIGHT FROM DELHI AIRPORT.
THEN WE SPENT OUR WHOLE DAY AT DELHI NIZAMUDDIN STATION AND TOOK TRAIN FROM THERE.
WE HAVE SUFFERED A LOT DUE TO THIS THIRD CLASS AIRLINES.
We even didn’t have money we borrowed from relatives the then booked the tickets.
I want my whole fare refund in my account.
They making fool every next passenger but due to emergency no one argued with them they just paid extra amount and went.
But we didn’t had 18k to pay again.
I appeal to our Government please check and take necessary action against these staff
