Text of Complaint by Dr Alisha Singh:

hello, I received a damaged mobile cover worth rs 999 on amazon, firstly the product which was delivered to me was damaged, completely different from the website. Secondly, I requested for return multiple times but on the date of return, I was denied the return, then again I talked to the customer service and requested to attach a NOC with the return and the return pickup date was 28th October 2021, today is 30th October 2021 and nobody has come yet to pick up that damaged product, moreover the customer service is pathetic, they are not giving any option to chat or talk on call to resolve this issue, and on my orders’ section in product details, it is still showing that the pick-up date is 28th October. I am furious. First, they send a damaged product by a fraud dealer on amazon and then they refuse to help me with the issue of return and refund. kindly necessary action.
