We three girls booked a hotel room in Oyo townhouse 1090g silver , Nungambakkam, Chennai.But we received a whatsapp message that the room is not available.They have given it to someone else.So we got stranded in the middle of nowhere that too in night.When we directly called the hotel room they were laughing and saying that you have to contact Oyo.We were really pissed off and ask to give a refund.Even after a month I didn’t get the refund.But the app shows that it’s been credited to my account.I took the bank statement and couldn’t find such a refund.Please provide me the refund
