Text of Complaint by Sunil yadav:

Order placed on 8 October.. delivery date is 19th October.But product not arrived yet.
Contact Flipkart CCE so many times but they always says give us 24 to 48 hours time our backend team contact you on this time of period… Firstly they told me your product delivered on before 25th October..
On 28th delivery boy come on delivery location.he call me for collect order.when I went to him he refused to give me order and saying your name is in my list but hub doesn’t provide your product.

After 25th October they extend dates everytime like 26th , 28th 1november 3rd 5th 7th November saying backend team contact you… In all time of period backend team doesn’t contact me ..
I am totally frustrated now .till 7th November I contact 50-60 times to Flipkart CCE.
They don’t give any resolution and extend date..
Now I m moving to consumer court for legal action against Flipkart.
