Hello!
As I was traveling from India To Dubai On 22nd Sep 2023 , I had Booked Hotel stay At HOLIDAY INN DUBAI AIRPORT through MMT portal in Advance on 21st Sep 2023,also Received the Confirmation mail regarding the booking on the same day .
But as I reached the Hotel On 22nd sep 2023 in Dubai at 11.00 PM my check in was denied saying You have no Booking with the Hotel and it’s not Confirmed .
Due to which I had No option To wait In reception and Outside the Hotel for Entire Night , with no Place to stay , Sleepy and Hungry I suffered with Bad health and bad Weather of Dubai and was helpless and Hopeless at the same time .
Kindly take this Situation into Consideration
