Text of Complaint by Saksham Dewan:

I booked an oyo room and paid 1600, but when I reached the location I was denied check in and was asked to leave, in that time I was shifted to another hotel and that was so bad compared to what we paid for, so I canceled the booking and dint even get my money back.
