Text of Complaint by Shysil sabin:

I have booked and prepaid through OYO at Capital O 62579 Royal Wood Premier(Booking ID :- BCJ20082) on 24/10/2022. The check in dates were 25/10/2022 to 26/10/2022. When I reached the property the staff was demanding extra payment and was not allowing to check in. After talking for so long to the staff also he didn’t allowed. Finally my hope was OYO can help me with this but by purpose the call was not connecting to costumer care. It was repeating the option they told already it never changed or connected with any representative.
The booking was confirmed and this issue happened oyo didn’t even refunded the amount. I was completely tired because i was travelling for 12 hours. Because of this problem all my programs has been cancelled. Still I was trying to connect with the customer representative but there was no use. Kindly get me a refund of 955/- .
Team OYO hated the service and in my life time i am not going to stay there and will recommend others not to. There is no proper customer service or you are not capable of resolving any issue. And when I cancelled the booking there where no contact. Only the contact had was a refund of OYO MONEY 238/- has been issued. But still to tell the inconvenience coursed to me or express my feeling. It was not connecting to any staff. Because of such careless activity my whole day went wrong. This was a journey regarding my future now everything has been cancelled just because of such activities.
