I had ordered 2 items of same brand and same price on 17-Jul-21 and as it didn’t fit me had to raise a return pickup request and myntra was suppose to pay me Rs.1198/- .
When I didn’t receive refund after waiting for many days I had raised this issue on their app as well as spoke with customer care guys. Every time I call them they are just been arguing that the refund was already processed successfully and they just gave me reference no. And asked me to check with source bank and mobikwik through which I had paid to myntra. There is debit details available from bank and mobikwik made by me while ordered the product but, for myntra been saying that they had initiated refund there is no tracking of it. No credit details available in my mobikwik wallet nor in bank statement. That means the refund was not done successfully to my account is what I learnt.

After enquiring several times with myntra customer care they been denying to pay my money back and they are not even providing me any proof of records that the refund was made to my account successfully on so and so date.
Please request to resolve this issue and ask them to pay back my money with out further delay.

Attached is my bank statement for the reference and perusal.
Kindly help me in getting back my hard earned money.
