Text of Complaint by Aathira Bhami:

I have been tryinng to cancel my fully refundable ticket from Dubai to New Delhi bearing booking IDIF23090438383511 for the past ten days. I have cancelled it via ixigo app multiple times and through executives for four times. The flight is seen as rescheduled and my request cancelled. I am stuck in another country owing to pathetic and irresponsible actions of ixigo. I have suffered huge monetary losses owing to the same. I need a cancellation asap with fair compensation. After the customer care executives have on multiple ocassions promised a 24 hour refund, the company has denied me a refund stating they need a 90 day period for validation of the cancellation when the flight is booked in less than a month. Kindly take this as my formal complaint.
