My consumer number is 1051461828 and the the service provide is Tata Sky. I had renewed my annual subscription in November 2018. I was assured by the service provider that my channel viewing would not be disrupted post 1st February 2019. To my dismay all my favourite channels have been blocked. Repeated calls to the Tata Sky helpline elicit the patent response “We are looking into your complaint and we will get back to you”. They never do and I continue to be blocked out. Please advise whether I can take the service provider to court for denial of service.
