I received a laptop delivery with 4GB RAM instead of 8GB RAM hence I returned and claimed for refund but I didn’t receive my refund more than 15 days. I contacted customer care service for the refund but they are saying i sent the old and used one. I returned the same laptop which I was received is new and the delivery guy checked the laptop completely and took the return. I have the video footage of that as a proof. I am waiting for this to resolve else planning to move legally in the court.
