I had purchased a rangriti kurta set from amazon worth Rs. 1411, on arrival it was a wrong product (a kurta by soch) so I returned the product, the order was picked up on 17th December and till date I have not received the return, when I called the customer care team for atleast 4-5 times they told the that the refund will not be issued because according to their so called investigation team ( which investigated the matter only with seller and delivery agent and did not bothered to talk to customer who is paying to amazon) I have returned wrong product, which is completely not acceptable because I have received the same product I received from amazon.
