I had booked 2 rooms at hotel ardency Inn, Udaipur through Agoda from 26/12/2022 to 28/12/2022. Payment was to be made at hotel. After booking through Agoda I had called on hotel reception about my booking, the receptionist had told me that there is no need of confirmation of I had booked my room through Agoda.
After reaching hotel on 26/12/2022 hotel manager has declined to give room saying that they donot consider pre booked room without payment and i should contact Agoda .
I had planned a trip well in advance with my family. I had to face a lot of difficulty and search another hotel which has resulted in wastage of time and money.
I want action should be taken against the hotel for their act.
