Text of Complaint by Dishank Jain:

I was eligible for bonus offer during amazon great indian sale. I was eligible for total 2500 cashback for 2 products. I purchased 2 product (iphone 11, 128GB and 64 GB) on 16th and 17th October respectively.

At the time, when i had purchased the product, i was eligible for cashback, but on 17th, post 12:00 PM, the offer was taken off

I spoke to multiple executives, many of them agreed that i am eligible for cashback. After the sale ended, executives started mentioning that i was not eligible.

I had taken a written mail from amazon executive and he too had mentioned that i was eligible for cashback, but now the amazon team is denying this and saying i was not eligible for cashback

I am now irritated, since i am trying to connect with them since last 8 days, but the executives are giving different answers. Some say drop an email to amazon, since seniors will deal with this. After dropping mail, they say call us to resolve your query. After calling them, they say do you have proof that you were eligible. I am like, why would i have to share the proof when your executive itself wrote in an email and had shared me that i am eligible for cashback.
