I downloaded credit box app after 2 days they disbursed the loan amount of 7000 without my knowledge. After 7 days I received the call from the agent to pay 12811.28.I never requested for any loan after that I agreed to pay 7000 to close the account as agreed with the agent,I paid the amount online through their app,I send the message to the agent through WhatsApp regarding the closing he blocked my number and responding. Still it shows the same amount in credit box.
