Already paid the Paytm postpaid bill on time on March,2023 just by one hour late from the due date because of some technical issue.
Paytm postpaid never informed about penalty charges in advance(at the time of March month, 2023)and on what reasonable ground they have been calculated.
After payment of entire amount they(software) asked me to pay extra ₹200/₹300 as penalty of being 1hour late without any prior information or display of penalty charges and after payment they locked the said amount of penalty charges and asked to pay that particular extra amount in order to unlock the future transactions of Paytm postpaid.Although, I already paid the platform fees(principal amount + platform fees).
Now they are calling everyday and talking in a misbehaving manner.
