On august 22-08-23 i had my order to be received. Nykaa sent a rowdy delivery agent to deliver my order . He called me and behave very rudely and he says that he didn’t deliver my prepaid order. Problem created because, along with the prepaid order there is a postpaid order i told him to cancel the postpaid order he didn’t like it and behave very rudely and he couldn’t delivered my prepaid order when i was available, also i attended the call and told him to deliver , he rejected my words
