I want to close loan amount on 4/4/2023, after paying interest closer amount was showing Rs.405484 .but principal amount was Rs.402424 i spoke with Nithya regarding this issue she said for your loan Ra.402424 for this 178 days intrest was 20488 as you paid only rs.18602 difference amount is 1886. If assume this also it should be Rs 404310.but now closer amount showing is Rs 403876 in app .I been calling regarding this this issue since long but no proper resolution every time they are saying give us time for that every time I need to spend my valuable time.and when I asked to Nithya for complaing need Mail ID she given documents@rupeek.com. this is also not proper information.i shared some documents on it and care@rupeek.com. i refard Nithya to check this .after 1 hour i received call from Mr.Viond higher authority without checking my emails.many times i asked him grievance contact he says if you send on that mail ID i only reply.what is problem to give greevanc contact. He is informing me that as per our Calculation error we have not calculated amount Rs.1211 while renewal.whos statement is correct why this misleading information to coustomers . because of that i need pay interest on these day because of your mistakes.kindly do the needful rupeek ticket number is 3254974
