I have registered in Bit Quant app by paying ₹6000 on 01/08/2023. On 4th of September I tried to withdraw the money they said that they are tying up with SBI for which they are not allowing anyone to withdraw till 07/09/2023. On 7th September 2023 night received a message in WhatsApp group of BitQuant that I need to pay another ₹6000 to update my KYC as per the Indian RBI norms so that I can withdraw my fund and do the trading smoothly, else my account will be freeze/block by 11/09/2023. Today is 10/09/2023, still they are demanding money for KYC update.
I earned almost ₹40,000+ by trading through this BitQuant app, now when I am about withdraw my profit money, they are asking me to pay extra for KYC update. I will be highly appreciate if you can help me out to get my money back.
