Hello Madam/Sir,
With reference to the captioned subject, please note that I am currently out of India since March 2020 and have not been using the data card.
However, I am getting notice emails which also includes threatens for legal proceedings from Vodafone, India.
My question is that:
- My plan is a post paid one and basis data usage, the bill is generated against which I need to pay.
- Since, I have not been using this service from March 2020, then, on what basis I am being demanded to pay for Rs. 1275.58
- Also, I have not received any bills for this period from March 2020 till date.
Please note that this is a mental torture on customers like me who are being harassed unnecessarily.
I request a quick response and solution to this matter. I should not be harassed for paying for something I have not consumed services for.
