I had done advance booking for Jio fiber, in which I paid Rs. 1000 online to Jio. Four days later, the Jio representative asked for Rs. 2120 more and the installation did not even happen. The next day another representative did the KYC again and installed it again and I again paid Rs. 2120 and I have not yet got my previous balance back, which is Rs. 3120.
