Text of Complaint by BG Customer:

I have ordered clothes item (Track pant) from flipkart and in delivery it was delivered damaged condition. I contacted customer care then they sent delivery person, but that delivery person constantly deny to pick up the item saying the item is damaged. After going to warehouse he is telling fake reason that product is mismatch and cancelling return. Then the customer service has also denied any help and asked me to keep the damaged item and they will not refund anything saying that seller return limit is crossed now so we will not create any refund.
