My meesho order delivered on 14 February. And the delivery boy don’t ask for otp, don’t send otp and don’t update the status of delivery done or not. I was not home. My mom take the parcel. So she don’t ask anything. I thought it will update soon. That’s why I return the product on 15 feb bcz I don’t like the product. There was option If delivery done then return/exchange. So I click on it and raise return product. But when I come to see the update on 4th day. I realised the delivery status still not updated. That’s why I can’t return product. I complaint to meesho. After 2 days they close the ticket (means on 20 feb). Again yesterday I do raise ticket. I don’t know it will resolve by meesho or not. So iam trying to complaint the delivery partner. Bcz of valmo delivery boy mistake I still can’t return the product. So plz say him to update my delivery status.
