Hi,
We had ordered online with swiggy and then on estimated time no one showed up and when we try to call the delivery boy his number was not reachable and after then the customer care saying that we have only one option that is to cancel the order and make a new order , such is the pathetic services they provide.
If they do not have the delivery boy who work oon time then why these companies working to provide services. And this has been everyday whenever i order from swiggy.
Such Pathetic services and rubbish excuses.
