Text of Complaint by tilottama nandi:

i even did not order anything from the brand meeso although on 20.05.2021 on 5.30 pm i received a parcel on my name and i have to receive that parcel as the delivery person have said . my name and phone NB was printed on that parcel and after that i contacted to the person over phone and for the refund as i was paid through google pay . the person asked me to fill up the form and kept me busy for almost an hour and at last when i asked about the money and the office which they should have in my state he said that there is no office in that state . he did not asked me and even the person asked for my UPI andĀ  the bank account also for the serveymoney.com registration form . i have lost 1359 rupeesĀ  exactly . my google pay account was locked for next 24 hours and the upi pin was not even working after that and i have to go to bank and manually withdrawal the money . i want my 1359 back which i still did not received.
