i had ordered a product on 22nd oct 2019 and first delivery attempt was done on 26th oct19 but the product was undelivered. the. they assure me that your product Will delivered on next 2 working days but again after 5 days they reattempt the delivery on 01st nov19 but again i didn’t receive any call from courier boy or Flipkart and anyone regarding the product. later on i got a message that your address was unlocatable.i call flipkart and told them that i received 2 products of same category which i have ordered after that product. But still i didn’t receive my first order. they assured me to wait till promise date. But yesterday i.e. on 5th nov19 i got a message that your product will deliver today. I call the courier boy and told them to deliver the product he said i have your order sir and it will be delivered before 4 pm but still i didn’t get any updates regarding my order. when i call him back 4-5 times, he didn’t receive the call rather he switched off the phone. and afer some time he again turn on his phone and again i call him but he didn’t receive the call. and after that i vet a message that incorrect Awb number.
