I ordered Sony Playstation 5 on Feb 22nd 2023, my order reached to the nearest delivery station on 24th Feb 2023 and displayed the status as out for delivery. But I didn’t receive a single call from delivery partner regarding my order. I contacted reliance digital many times but they kept delaying the issue without solving. I have been through a lot of physiological stress as i spend so much money in buying the product and i am uncertain about receiving my product. I was provided a number of delivery service and pin to contact the delivery partner but every time I try contacting them i will get the message that the pin is invalid. I reached to reliance digital many times through calls and emails but there are not responding properly. I tried to cancel my order in reliance digital app but the cancellation feature is not working and showing error. I also sent mails to reliance digital to cancel my Order as i can’t take this harassment anymore, but reliance digital is not cancelling my order and keep on telling me to wait for my order. I paid for the order through credit card emi and my bill we generated in another 5days still i didn’t receive the product. Please help me in cancelling the order and refund of my money and take action against such fraud companies who play with people psychologically.
