Text of Complaint by Selva Agalya:

I have ordered a dress in Flipkart on 6th june 2022 its carried by Ekart delivery service and delivered me on 8th june 2022.Due to size issues I have requested for exchange flipkart accepted my exchange request on same date of 8th june 2022 .On 10th june 2022 the delivery person called me at 10.21 am for deliver the product because of some issues I didn’t pick his call later I called him at 12.14 pm he picked call and said I will deliver your product within even when I returning to his office. By evening 4pm clock something I called to him he didn’t pick my call then at 5.30pm I received delivered message. Then next day I contacted ekart office they have given delivery person mobile number I called him more then 15 times he didn’t pick my call.On 12th june 2022 he called me back and says it got damaged so I returned by myself in speaking mode with arrongance. Basically its a exchange order how will he returned my product without delivered to me .If the product is damaged means its a duty of consumer to raise a return requst.What I assumed is he break the product package seal by himself and returned as a exchanged product.
