I have ordered a Dragon chicken from Khalids Biriyani Ambattur on 28-Feb-2024 2:17pm. The order was supposed to be delivered by 3:00pm. When I called the delivery partner he said that he was unable to reach me so he has to cancel the order. When I check the status of order it was not cancelled. When I called the khalids briyani they said that they have not received any return order. So now the total charge of Rs.276.76 is changed to cancellation charges and it came into my head.
We tried calling the delivery partner but he switched his mobile off.
Seriously to do cheating and eat food must have some great guts.
I was unable to make a complaint regarding this in Ondc of Paytm application.
