Text of Complaint by Andrew Chacko:

I have applied and registered at Zomato as a delivery partner on the first week of July. I hadn’t received any response of account activation (which is supposed to take less than 3 days). I had paid the whole initial amount to Zomato. After great difficulty I had contacted them and they said I need to submit PCC but didn’t tell where or how. After spending money for PCC and sumbiting it through various channels, I currently have no response, no information whatsoever. Zomato has one of the worst customer/client/employee services I have ever seen. Please do give a solution.
