I ordered a set of 3 bras size 38 with order ID no FLS29118(image attached) on 23 July and on 2nd September received the product.When I opened it I found a totally different size, model and cheap quality bras.They have given the below mentioned email Id and contact no for refund . fashion life store.g mail.com , Phone no 912084422889.I already wrote an email on the above email id but it is a fraud one as the help line number is invalid.I am seeking your assistance in ensuring that my rights as a consumer are upheld and the company fashion life store is held accountable for their negligence.I am confident that the consumer court will take swift action to resolve this matter.
