I have mailed to your Team Several times Dated:- 05/02/2021, 06/02/2021, 10/02/2021,12/02/2021 &……. as a reminder mail after that I got Ticked Id:- 00676200, 00676340 & 00677265.
Now on 12/02/2021 I have registered a complain against you on National Consumer Helpline with Docket No:- 2558590, From National Consumer Help Line they ask me to send a reminder mail and wait for response. But no Positive response from your side.
Kindly return my Wrong Product as soon as possible and issue Refund against Wrong Product.
I have placed an Order with Order Id:- 111380203 on 23/01/2021 and got delivered to me on 29/01/2021.
When I opened the box the product should be of different colour and different model but brand should be same.
I have complained for return then they ask me to share images on their mail id and wait for 2-3 working days.
Now on 06/02/2021 after 8 days they call me that product should not be return.
They provide me {csmanagement@tatacliq.com} Mail Id on 05/02/2021and asked me to contact with CS Management, now on 14/02/2021 your Customer Executive provide me your Customer Head Team {shweta@tatacliq.com} mail id asked me to forward my complain to you. But no resolution provided me regarding return of product.
Now you tell me what I have to do. I got different model and colour.
Kindly help me regarding return of the product. For this I am thankful to you.
If you not do this then finally I go to Consumer Forum and file a Petition against you and your Company TATA CLIQ.
Because your team member should be disappointed me. I should file a case upon You, Your Team Member, Customer Support, CS Management {Mr. Thathees N}, Head Customer Support Team {Mr. Varun R} and your Company Tata Cliq and Case should be 420, Mentally Torture, Mentally Disturbance, Mentally Harassment, Wastage of Time, Wastage of Money, Loss of Work etc….

My order was not delivered, but It is showing delivered. I have complaint but the problem was not solved . The order was already paid and was not delivered . Order ID – 120183464
Complain no – 07153184 ( my complain was closed without it was solved .
