I have ordered for Skecher Brands of shoes of Rs 5549.00 on Flipkart portal on 04.12.2022. My wife has received a packet said to contain the shoes on 08.12.2022. When she opened the package, she found shoe of Nike of different size. The cost of Nike shoes as per flipkart site is 2549.00
I have lodged a complaint on the same day and requested Flipkart to return the shoes and make good me the amount. However the seller has rejected my request stating that the courier company has confirmed delivery of the Skecher shoes. The courier REPRESENTATIVE has delivered the item in the sealed cover. He cannot ascertain the brand of shoe without opening the cover.
My request for return has been rejected twice. I have escalated the issue to the grievance officer of the flipkart but the issue has not been solved.
