I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order placed on Amazon (Order ID: 404-2718497-5633915). On 22 May 2024, I ordered cerave face wash cleanser,but received a different product, specifically cerave Facial Moisturizing lotion.
Upon discovering the error, I immediately contacted Amazon’s customer service on 29th May2024 to report the issue and request a resolution. Despite several follow-ups, including interactions on, the issue remains unresolved. Each time, I was assured that the matter would be taken care of promptly, but no corrective action has been taken, and I have neither received the correct product nor a return/refund.plz help me with this issue as soon as possible.i am also attaching the product I have received.
I am deeply disappointed by this experience and urge Amazon to take immediate action to rectify the issue.i request that the correct product be sent to me as soon as possible. Additionally, i expect clear instructions for returning the incorrect item.
I hope that Amazon will take this complaint seriously and prioritise resolving it to my satisfaction.As a valued customer,i deserve nothing less than a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter.
