I placed an order for ceat zoom rad x1 front tyre on 10th oct 2023, however Amazon has delivered me a wrong item , instead of the tyre which was supposed to be delivered they have delivered me JK Blaze tyre which is completely different from what I had ordered. I reported this issue to the delivery executive as well who told me to raise a return from app and Amazon will help. Further i contacted Amazon India customer care at the same instance. Where a executive informed me that they’ll raise an investigation regarding this and told me to wait , I waited for 2 days and then on 16th oct they first sent me a mail informing that they will be not able to help me with the return under damage issues which was completely illogical, later i recommunicated them and over the telephonic conversation I spoke to another executive and he said that they can longer assist me on this as their investigation is completed and a correct item was delivered to me which is completely wrong claim by the Amazon.
I am disappointed by this lack of understanding and assistance, which is far below the service standards I expect from Amazon. This situation has left me with a product that I cannot use, and I am now stuck with an incompatible tire that I have paid for. This is a clear violation of the trust and confidence I placed in Amazon as a reputable online retailer.
