Ordered jean from amazon order id:- 406-7590802-4860335
on 17th May, it was a prepaid order, however to my surprise, I received an oversized blue XXL Amazon brand shirt (in a transparent unsealed packet, that only had my bill pasted on top) on 19th May. I immidiately filed for return and the agent took it back on 20th.
However even after writing multiple emails to amazon, it is denying me refund stating I have kept the original product and returned a local t-shirt!!
There is something seriously wrong in amazon’s chain of delivery. But why should I pay for their carelessness.
Please help me get a refund of Rs. 726.59
