Hi Team,
Reaching out to you with regards to order# 402-9214734-9966738.
I ordered an office chair, instead I received a plastic dinner set.
I raised a dispute and a complaint under the order the same day. However, no appropriate response with valid reasons were not provided by your customer care executive.
Adding to the situation, I called twice, wherein your customer care executive denied answer my questions and was trying to play mind games by trying to mislead me.
Furthermore, I kept asking questions and the Customer care executive did not respond to any of my query, in which case i had to disconnect and had to reconnect again wasting my time and efforts. Which seems very unprofessional of the user.
I would require you help in the situation and in getting my refund ASAP.
Attached is a video that i took while opening the product that i received, as it seemed to be an incorrect order in the first place, as the box size was very small considering we order a chair.
Please assist in the matter ASAP.
