I ordered an item (Pack of 05- Qty 02) on 28 Oct 2021 (Order ID: OD223228318624019000 dated 28 Oct 2021). I received a package on 04 Nov 2021. The item was different from the one which was ordered. Moreover, it was partially damaged as it was not properly packed. The invoice shows Qty-02 but only Qty- 01 was present in the package.
I contacted the customer care to return the item. The customer care itself initiated a return from their end and as a result my profile was blocked by Flipkart. When I lodged a complaint on this regard, I got a reply that I will no longer be able to login to my account on Flipkart.
