Text of Complaint by Gunasekaran V:

On 15.06.2020, I ordererd for Krypton K 10 Pro Mobile in the Ezeephones website and paid Rs 4299.48 through PayUMoney.

Since, I did not receive any information from the merchant, I sought the help of Payu Help and raised a complaint under No. ON 6121780904.

In response, they advised me to contact one Birbahadur Prasad through Mail ID hello.kkenterprises@gmail.com.

I did so and received information that my order had been dispatched through shadowfax courier with tracking ID SF82170510LOG. On 23.06.20, a package containing PHINOY Mobile P 520 was delivered .

The phone is non-operational. Could not be charged and started. It is a case of cheating. Please help me to get the right product or to get refund.
