For two times I have received wrong items deliberately and in place of delivering the actual item I have been given the option for refund. But what will do with the wrong item? Disposing an item is not an option because it is a product of someone’s hardwork. Amazon doesn’t even take the misplaced items back. I am now well aware of this and will not further purchase anything from Amazon and I’ll make sure none of my close people does.
