I ordered blue coloured woodland casual shoes from flipkart on 5th October which I received on 08 October 22.
When I opened the packet, I found khaki coloured canvas woodland shoes which I had not ordered.
I reported matter to flipkart immediately and requested to return the product delivered, but they are responding and not giving any solution. Instead of solving my problem flipkart is extending resolution date everyday.
It is the responsibility of Flipkart to deliver the correct product to the customer.
The price of shoes is Rs 2097
