Text of Complaint by AVNISH KUMAR:

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my order OD437707179276975100 for the product “Flipkart SmartBuy R16S 67 Inch (170 cm) Long Selfie Stick Tripod Stand with Built-in LED Flashlight, 360° Rotating Anti-Shake Handle, Adjustable Mobile Holder for Vlogging, Reels & Live Streaming Bluetooth Selfie Stick.”

However, the product delivered to me is not the product that I ordered. Instead, I received a product of brand “NAVA”, marked only as R16, which does not have the built-in LED flashlight and is much shorter in length than the advertised 67-inch selfie stick.

Immediately after receiving the product, I raised a complaint and requested a refund/return. However, my refund request was cancelled without proper investigation or any satisfactory explanation. When I contacted Flipkart Customer Care, I was informed that the request was rejected because the order was delivered under the Open Box Delivery policy.

I strongly object to this reasoning. Open Box Delivery does not give sellers or Flipkart the right to deliver a product that is different from what was ordered. The policy is intended to verify the contents of the package, not to deny customers a remedy when a wrong, counterfeit, or misrepresented product is supplied.

If Flipkart believes that the correct product was delivered, I request you to provide:

The photographs and delivery proof captured by the delivery agent during Open Box Delivery.
Evidence showing that the delivered product was the original Flipkart SmartBuy R16S 67-inch Selfie Stick with Built-in LED Flashlight as advertised on the product page.
The basis and investigation report used for rejecting my refund request.
If such proof cannot be provided, I request that my refund be processed immediately without further delay.

I have attached all relevant order documents, screenshots, and photographs of the delivered product for your verification and ready reference.

I expect a fair and prompt resolution of this matter. Failing this, I will be constrained to escalate the issue before the National Consumer Helpline and other appropriate consumer grievance forums.
