Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding an online order placed on the website zaroski.in. I received a wrong parcel that contained used products, which were completely different from what I had originally ordered. Additionally, I did not receive any order details, delivery confirmation message, or proper communication from the seller.
At present, the website zaroski.in is not accessible, and therefore I am unable to initiate a return or exchange request through their platform. My only proof of purchase is the invoice/bill received with the parcel, which I am attaching herewith for your reference. The payment for this order was made in cash.
I kindly request the National Consumer Helpline to:
1. Take necessary action against the seller to prevent such fraudulent practices from affecting other consumers.
2. Help me secure a refund for the amount paid, if possible.
I sincerely hope that appropriate steps will be taken to resolve this issue at the earliest.
