Text of Complaint by Sailesh Kumar Panda:

I ordered an Acer Nitro 5 laptop on Amazon and received the product on 10th October.After opening I was shocked to see a piece of scrap inside(Broken HP laptop).I contacted the Amazon customer care for return/replacement but they kept on telling to wait for 3-5 business days and now after the return period was over they are telling that they can’t initiate the refund/replacement and asking us to take the necessary action.Please help…
