I ordered MAST AND HARBOUR WOMEN OFF-WHITE SOLID PADDED JACKET SIZE – L (order id. 116015055786735280903) on 16 december 2020 which was delivered to me on 20 december 2020 but I made the exchange request with an XL size, then at the time of exchange on 26 december 2020 I gave the L size to the agent and got the XL size (order id. 116034240468554885701) but no price tag was attached with the XL SIZE jacket. With in 5 minutes I made the return request the delivery agent took it away from me but put on hold putting the reason price tag missing. Now how can I produce the price tag when myntra has itself shipped the product to me without any price tag. on 29 december 2020 after making a number of calls the customer care declined the return saying that there is no price tag. The the product was delivered to me without any price tag only the company name tag was there on the jacket and I did not removed it and returned the jacket with that tag only. I also gave proof by sending the pictures before giving it to the delivery agent. They are cheating people and making frauds with us. Apart from this they are making consumers mentally hares by not giving them the proper solution.
