Text of Complaint by Jyoti Verma:

I  ordered LEVIS MEN WHITE & BLACK REGULAR FIT STRIPED CASUAL SHIRT SIZE – 40 (order id. #116015055786735280903) which was delivered to me on 20 dec 2020 but I made the exchange request with size – 42 , then at the time of exchange on 26dec 2020 when I was giving the size – 40 shirt to the agent he denied to take saying that the shirt and the product image which he has to receive both are different and rejected the exchange. But  I again gave the correct bar code number and picture of that bar code with the shirt image to the customer care by myntra app quarry and they asked me to wait till 30 dec 2020. But still when I have supplied them the correct and fair images of the product they still did not take action for exchanging my product. This is so ridiculous and completely waste of time and efforts. They are harassing customers mentally and do not produce correct evidences from their side even when the customer is producing the  correct evidences. They are making scams with the innocent people.
