Text of Complaint by Robin:

I have ordered a product from Flipkart on 11th Jan 2022 and made the payment from the credit card.
The delivery date was mentioned as 19th Jan 2022 I have waited till 19th Jan till the expected time of 7:00 pm but there was no update from the delivery guy nor in the Flipkart application. Around 8:00 pm when I checked the status found that the delivery date has been extended till 25th Jan.
I have again waited till 25th Jan and on daily basis get in touch with the customer care they only updated “please have patience and we will try to deliver till 7:00 pm”, but today there is no update in the Flipkart application.

When I spoke to customer care they told me that if you won’t receive the product today we will get in touch with courier time and will give you some compatation based on the product price.

I request your help for the same as I am not getting updates from the customer care team.
